The founder of Ena HR & Training, and your new best friend! 

 

Ena HR and Training was established following a family gap year living in Greece. Making the opportunity for my family to live abroad for a year and take the time to reflect on our lives was such a blessing. I realised that I wanted to continue to have a fulfilling career using my HR and management expertise and experience without the constraints that corporate life was putting on my family life.

‘Ena’ means ‘one’ in Greek and it is our vision to be our clients number one resource for all things people.

​

From helping my very first client I knew I had made the right decision; the satisfaction of enabling a company to grow through developing their people was awesome. Now, as a business owner myself I understand the challenges yet reap the rewards of never having to ask permission to be there at sports day or take time out to play in the park.

My career in HR and management spans over 20 years. I have worked in various sectors and had the privilege of leading some large high performing teams. I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a Chartered Manager, and Prince 2 qualified. With these accreditations comes a wealth of knowledge and professional support which I bring to you. …  You are in safe hands.

Outside of ‘work’ (although work doesn’t feel like work anymore) I am a school governor, trustee for the charity SEDCU who sponsor disadvantaged children in Uganda through their education, keen runner, rubbish amateur gardener and mum to two small humans.
