

Ena is a business founded of off chasing dreams in Greece. Founded in 2022 by Kate Coulson, following 25 years of experience in HR and management, the Ena team is putting the human back into HR. We work with clients across a range of industries supporting them to be compliant with UK employment law whilst inspiring and leading their teams to success and navigating those difficult conversations and awkward situations as they go.
With Kate and the team being privileged to work in various sectors as well as leading some large high performing teams over the past 20 years, we are now leveraging that experience to support other businesses create a positive working environment. From helping our very first client, we have seen the satisfaction of enabling a company to grow through the development of their people.

KATE
Kate is your trusted partner on your leadership journey, she has over 20 years experience in leadership positions within the HR sector.
Starting her career in recruitment progressing to more generalist HR roles and specialising in the processes and systems of a large HR shared service center, Kate has a wealth of experience. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and Chartered Institute of Management, you are in safe hands.
Kate is a keen traveler, loving experiencing difficult cultures and cuisines. Kate is a al foodie and lives to eat, not eating to live! In balance Kate is a runner, achieving 3 marathons, 4 triathlons and 15 half marathons to date.
Kate is mum to two feisty young ladies who are her most important project and biggest challenge!
In her spare time (!) Kate is Chair of Governors at her local primary school, trustee for SEDCU who support disadvantaged children to thrive in Uganda and is currently Marathon training for Paris 2025…

CAROLINE
Caroline is a member of the CIPD and has over 20 years experience in HR within the public sector. Caroline has worked across most HR departments and brings a very balanced view to any situation.
Caroline has been described as ‘ballsy’ as what is incredible is that she can challenge thinking and tackle the most complex or sensitive situations head on, and she does this with kindness and well placed humour. She is a brave, capable, and a very kind lady. You absolutely need Caroline on your side.
Caroline is a mum to three courageous children, and loves nothing more than spending time with them in the great outdoors, ideally sunny Devon with her canine pals too.

AMY
Amie has amazing operational experience which she uses to balance the commerciality of people decision with moral obligations and legal requirements. She’s ace at helping clients navigate what they have to do with what they should do, putting people first without compromising what the business needs. What a skill!
Amie’s passion is training and she loves nothing more that delivering training and supporting people to grow and develop – making sure the business and employee sees the positive impact of the CPD.
Amie is a busy working mum and volunteers with the amazing charity Baby Basics supporting other mothers and families who are less fortunate.
TRACY
Tracy has a solid HR career spanning professional services, logistics and manufacturing industries. Loving to unpick a problem, making improvements to processes and culture is what Tracy does best. Payroll is a real specialism for Tracy and this is supported by epic experience of general HR process, and conflict resolution. Tracy is highly effective at engaging stakeholders and seeing a situation from everyone’s perspective and engaging the team to make a difference.
As a qualified Insights Practitioner Tracy uses this personality profiling tool to develop teams to support leaders to have a positive company culture and highly effective and productive team.
